Day 1:
• 08:30 AM: Welcome, registration, and course overview
• 09:00 AM: Theory sessions and knowledge development (sections 1-3)
• 12:00 PM: Lunch break
• 01:00 PM: Equipment familiarization and setup
• 02:00 PM: Confined water skills practice (sessions 1-2)
• 05:00 PM: Day 1 conclusion

Day 2:
• 08:30 AM: Theory review and knowledge assessment
• 10:00 AM: Open water dive 1 (max depth 12m)
• 12:00 PM: Surface interval and lunch
• 01:30 PM: Open water dive 2 (max depth 12m)
